Catchment area

We look after patients in a wide geographical area, including Balquhidder, Strathyre, Lochearnhead, St. Fillans and Crieff as well as the village of Comrie and the surrounding glens. 

Due to capacity we no longer accept patients with a PH7 postcode.

To register

• Download and complete a registration form once the registration form is filled in please download and complete either the Patient Questionnaire or the Children's Questionnaire for under 5 years only and email them to the Practice at tay.comrie@nhs.scot 
• visit reception and collect a paper registration form

A registration medical will be offered to all new patients and this appointment may be made at the time of registration.  You do not have to have a medical - this is entirely optional but can be a good idea if you are on any medication or have ongoing medical conditions.

From 1st April 2015, practices are required to allocate all patients (including children) with a named accountable GP.

The named GP is responsible for the coordination and delivery of all appropriate services, where required based on clinical judgement, to each of their patients.

• Patients do not need to see their named GP when they book an appointment with the practice.
• Patients are entitled to choose to see any GP or nurse in the practice.
